In 2011, Jen quit her steady, long-term job at a law firm to follow what she was good at: communicating. She saw a problem with friends and family who created social media profiles for their businesses, but those pages did nothing but collect dust. Jen fancies herself as a bit of a social media maven and knew she could help take them to the next level. The idea was to take her love of creative communication and combine it with her on-the-ball work ethic. She started her own business, called it Symphony, and got to work.

As someone who has gone through life starting conversations with anyone and anything that comes her way, Jen makes sure her clients are staying engaged with their audience in a way that is fun, informative, and anything but pushy. With a growing list of clients that include a web design company, a non-profit organization, a home decorator, a structural engineering firm, a staffing agency, and an IT company out of Silicon Valley, Jen has truly run the bases and can find a way to get your message out - no matter what it is.
